Stretch and Breathe
Do you know if you are breathing correctly? It's not as easy as it seems. Do you suffer from any of these symptoms?

Then you may be breathing incorrectly and not allowing your body to receive the essential oxygen it needs to function well.
Many people get into poor breathing habits and dont even know it but do run out of energy, have vague aches and pains, poor sleep and concentration, spent a lot of time yawning and sighing and feel so unwell they think they have a serious disease.
The causes are varied: years of smoking, asthma or bronchitis, anxiety or stress, working or exercising too hard. Often perple are over breathing and not getting enough air out, and show very high 02 saturation levels.
Check yourself against these simple tests to see if you breathe well:

Can breathe taking less than 14 breaths per minute

Can blow out against pursed lips for 25 seconds (using a normal breath in)

Can breathe through the nose for 5 minutes comfortably
If you cant you may benefit from a breathing assessment and exercises.
