About UsLeeder Health Management Consultants was established by Principal Lee Gardiner in 1992 to assist business owners/managers and health agencies to deliver proactive and meaningful health and wellness initiatives and to reduce injury and illness in the workplace. With more than 25 years' experience in health and rehabilitation our company has helped set the benchmark in returning injured people back to purposeful lives, and encouraging our clients to take responsibility for, and improve, their health. We welcome the opportunity to show you how we can make a difference to your clients and employees! Since this time, we have gone from strength to strength and our range of workplace health management services has grown significantly, both in response to industry and company needs, and in order to ensure ongoing compliance with OSH and the Health & Safety in Employment Act (1992). Today, we have a team of over 30 personnel, including highly skilled Occupational Therapists and Occupational Health Physiotherapists and nurses throughout New Zealand. As and when required, our team expands to include health and safety consultants, local health providers, pain management counsellors, psychologists and other occupational health specialists.
